- Over 30 years of laser welding with Fiber, Nd:YAG and CO2 laser sources for Medical Device, Automotive, Electronics and General Industrial markets
- Over 30 years of laser welding training for global and SME companies
- PhD in Laser Welding from The University of Liverpool
- 17 years with Amada Weld Tech of hands-on laser welding application, equipment and production experience
- 7 years with Coherent Corp, and the Rofin business unit, developing laser welding solutions
